AFRICAN MESSENGER is a hand painted batik art on cotton fabric made with using wax and batik color dyes. This painting is influenced by African tribes where traditionally the message used to be sent across different villages via playing drums. I lived in Zambia and Botswana, Africa for many years so was Influenced by their culture and so wanted to paint a few paintings, I am very happy with the result, I hope you will agree with me. It took me three weeks to complete the painting as I started from scratch till the finished piece. There are only two colors in this painting, black in the figure and copper in the background.

The painting colors are heat set color permanence and vibrancy.
 
I framed the AFRICAN MESSENGER in a black wood floater frame, which brings the elegance in the painting where the messenger is standing tall playing the drum sending the message across the other villages in the tribe.
 
It is ready to ship and decorate any room at home or work place.
